Alyssa Russo describes herself as a very driven, passionate and dedicated person. She strives to always do her best because her dreams are big and success is something she greatly values. Alyssa is a very goal-oriented person and always tries to be positive and to help others to be the same. She says “Life is always full of ups and downs, but I believe you have the choice to live life how you make it. I choose HAPPINESS!”
She started dancing at age 9. She says she saw an ad in the newspaper for a free class and begged her mom to let her try it and that’s where it all began.
Her happiest moment relating to dance was when she made it into TSC (Tigerstyle Crew). In her opinion, this group of dancers is very unique and talented. This group always inspires her to be herself. She says it is a truly amazing dance group.
Something she has always wanted to do is to travel to the West Coast or the Florida area to try out and experience new dance studios and learn from new dance teachers.
Buying from B Dancewear was a great experience for Alyssa! She says that the fabrics that B Dancewear uses are the most comfortable that she has worn and also high quality. B Dancewear is her “most favorite brand out of everything” she owns.
Her goals for this year are to finish high school with straight A’s, graduate, decide on which college she is going to attend in the fall and grow more as a person and as a dancer.
Alyssa hopes dance takes her into the convention world. She wants to teach, choreograph and help manage a dance convention one day.
