Dance 101 is a unique Adult dance studio that blends the art of dance with fitness. Created for students ages 18 and up, owner Ofelia de La Valette pioneered Dance 101 with the beginning dancer in mind. Whether you’re a wallflower or a member of a professional dance troupe, you’ll find common ground in our approachable, easy-to-follow classes that range in genres and ability levels. On any given day, you can tone up and slim down with Ballet Barre, Hip Hop Fit or even Musical Theater (a class set to the music from your favorite musicals) in a supportive environment that doesn’t take itself too seriously. With studios in Atlanta and Alpharetta, Georgia and more than 160 classes on the schedule each week (each typically under an hour), fitting cardio into your routine’s a cinch!
