Dance Precisions 1st Company is a Competition team dedicated to building great dancers who will be taught a healthy approach to Competition. The team averages 4 to 6 competitions a year including National Finals. Dancers interested in competing with Dance Precisions must audition to be accepted to the team. Once accepted they are scheduled to take Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Tap and Hip Hop dance classes.Our dance studio has 22 teachers on staff, many of whom work with the 1st Company in building their skills. We accept dancers as young as 5 and as old as 19 to the team. In addition to the classroom work, our competition dancers attend two-day conventions periodically throughout the year.
This team is also dedicated to giving back to the community by participating in Charity events such as the Annual CHOC walk benefitting the Children’s Hospital of Orange County. We also love to have fun and the 1st Company has activities such as Disneyland Days, Movie Nights, Slumber Parties, Team Building Parties, Pool Parties and our Annual Awards Banquet celebrating the accomplishments of these dedicated dancers.
