Our pick for December’s Dancer of the Month is Chloe Gay. Chloe is 8 and a half years old and dances at StarMaker. She has been dancing since she was 2 years old, and “wouldn’t trade it for anything.” Her favorite style of dance is jazz because she gets to strut and show her personality. Although she is only 8 and a half, she loves going to conventions and master classes. A true princess, she loves to play with makeup, high heels, and her title tiara when she is not dancing. One of her biggest loves is when she gets to spend time with her sister in her room or when her sister takes her to get a special snack. She also loves playing with her friends and her baby dolls.
Chloe started dancing because of her big sister Kendall. Kendall is also a dancer and Chloe has always wanted to be just like her.
Her happiest dance related moment occurred when she won Platinum Plus and First overall at nationals with her first lyrical solo. That week she also won second overall in the Best of the Beach showdown. She had the highest score of all the 8 & under routines at their Panama nationals.
Chloe says she has always wanted to own an RV, so she and her family could go on vacations!
Her favorite costume was for her solo costume last year!! Her briefs were from Bailar Dancewear and they fit perfectly! Her sister ordered her briefs for this year’s solo from Bailar Dancewear and she can’t wait to see her completed costume. Sounds like she was very happy with her experience

Chloe has two goals for this year. Her first goal is to win her third solo trophy that is as tall as she is!! Her second goal is to leave it all on the dance floor and just have fun!
She hopes that dance allows her to be in a duet with her sister next year, and that it will consequently allow them to become closer. She also really hopes that her dancing experience leads her to opportunities to be on TV, a model, or be in a commercial.
