Krystie’s Dance Academy is the area’s leading dance training program which just celebrated its 13th-Year Anniversary of Dance Excellence. KDA is home to Nexstar’s 2014 3-Time National Grand Champion “Victory Cup” Winners, a National Championship Competition Team that have been National Champs for 13 Years, a 6-Time Regional Championship Competition Team, and the best recreational dance program around, KDA’s Non-Competitive Dance Stars!
KDA has a staff and a facility that are unmatched by its competitors. Its adult staff is Educated, Knowledgeable, Experienced, Fun, and Nurturing. They pride themselves on making every dancer “Feel Like a Star,” reach their full potential, and have a lifelong love of dance and the arts! Our facility is over 8.000 square feet with 5 dance studios, sprung wood floors, a professional sound system, full-viewing to all studios, 2 lobbies, a dancers’ dressing room, and MUCH, MUCH, MORE!!
KDA takes its dancers to the next level on the dance floor, in competition, as majorettes and cheerleaders, and when pursuing the arts beyond graduation. KDA Alum can be found dancing on Disney Cruise Line, for Cedar Point, the Cavs and Canton Charge, as an aerialist in Las Vegas, on a dance scholarship at Pointe Park, and as cheerleaders and majorettes for YSU; singing their way to the top 10 on iTunes, a Top 40 Hit on Country Radio, as an opening act for Taylor Swift, Joe Nichols, and Phi Vassar, and about to film a music video with renowned Director, Roman White; teaching dance, pilates, and tumbling in California and Florida; and as state and national title holders for various pageant organizations. Current Dancers of KDA have appeared on “Dance Moms,” in ads for Starpower, Star Systems, NYCDA, and Kids Artistic Revue, and can be found as the local spokespersons for various car dealerships and on stage at local theaters.
