Murrieta Dance Project opened in August 2006 under the direction of Susan Barnett and Erin Babbs. Both directors have been professional dance instructors for the past 10 years.They have had a life long dream of creating a passionate and meaningful dance experience for all individuals. The dynamic and professional staff of Murrieta Dance Project is dedicated to providing a strong technical base while guiding every student towards self confidence and promoting integrity and a passion for dance. In August 2011, Erin Babbs became the sole Director/Owner of MDP. Susan Barnett continues to guide MDP into the future as one of the studios most seasoned instructors.
Murrieta Dance Project has 5 professional dance rooms each equipped with raised wood and Marley flooring, viewing windows and a state of the art sound system. We also have a student lounge with changing rooms, cubbies, a refrigerator, microwave and a homework station. Finally, for all you hard working parents, MDP has provided a parent lounge with chairs, reading materials, a 32 inch flat screen TV and our new and soon to come MDP Boutique!
