They provide all of their dancers with an outstanding and accomplished faculty and it does not matter if they choose to compete or simply dance for fun. Whether students’ goals are competition or just for fun, they end up with fantastic and strong technique and they have fun learning it. What could be better than that.
She has been a teacher and coach for more than thirty-three years and has had many proud moments during those thirty-three years. Probably her proudest moment was when one of her dancers was selected out of over one thousand dancers as Dance Spirit Future Star and was featured in Dance Spirit Magazine.
Other proud moments include winning National Titles, becoming Regional and National Champions and last, but absolutely not least, is watching ALL of their recreational and competitive dancers and parents filled with excitement and joy at their annual recitals.
Lisa believes dedication and sticking with things even if they are difficult and even if you do not achieve immediate gratification.
Her goals for this year are to settle in comfortably into their new studio, to run her very first Dance Convention, Artistry, and she will also be adjudicating (Judging) at Regional Competitions.
Lisa began her dance studio so she would be able to share her passion and knowledge of the art of dance and acrobatics. She believes TDS Dance Company is the excellent choice for the Positive Dance Experience for dancers of all ages and levels.
TDS Dance Company was named one of the Top 50 Dance Studios in the United States to watch in 2015! The studio has won too many awards, especially in competition, to mention but you can find them listed on their website.
