Elite Performing Arts Conservatory Interview with Crystal Frank

BalletElite Performing Arts Conservatory, in Weatherford, Texas, is a performing arts school offering dance, acting, and modeling classes. Their dance classes include classical ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. Their acting class focuses on film, television, stage, and musical theatre acting techniques. Their acting students also learn improvisation acting and script writing. Their modeling students learn runway and print modeling, along with etiquette, makeup application, hair, and wardrobe styling. They are passionate about what they do and they continually strive to instill the love of the arts within their students. They pride themselves in providing a unique learning experience and an elite level curriculum. They believe in the importance of creativity, and that the arts should be accessible to all. Elite is proud to have been named ‘Best of Weatherford Dance School’ for the past three years.

As the Owner of Elite Performing Arts, Crystal Frank believes their dance studio is different Stretchingfrom other dance studios because they focus on the artistic side of dance and they offer other classes, including acting and modeling. Also, they offer a week long charm school for students to take during the summer.

Crystal is a proud teacher every day, but one of her proudest moments was when their competition team won first place!

In Crystal’s mind, mistakes are not a negative thing. She sees mistakes as opportunities to learn and grow. However, when a student gives up on their ability to execute a specific technique or movement, Crystal believes that is the only negative mistake that can be made. As long as the student continues to push their boundaries and challenges themselves to grow artistically, they will see the benefits of determination.

Her goals for 2016 are to inspire her students to be the best that they can be, to help them grow artistically, and to give them the confidence that they need to flourish in all aspects of Junior Dancerstheir lives. She wants to be a light of inspiration for them.

Crystal has wanted to own a dance studio for as long as she can remember. She knew that by combining her passion for dance and her gift of teaching, she would be living the life that she was meant to live, by using my natural gifts.

She has a passion for creativity and self-expression. She is also the author of the women’s fiction novel, The Inspiring Mind of a Quixotic Girl. It is an uplifting book that shows the importance of freedom and perseverance of the female spirit. She is currently working on her second novel, which will be the second of three books in the Quixotic Girl series.
