Tonawanda Dance Arts Interview with Melanie Boniszewski

Melanie Boniszewski is the Owner and Director of Tonawanda Dance Arts, Inc. in Tonawanda, New York, and has over 30 years of experience teaching children to dance. She describes her studio as a well established dance studio that provides dance classes for kids ages one through young adult.  They believe that dance should be fun and educational.  They are committed to giving children the best dance experience possible.

The entire staff at Tonawanda Dance Arts is dedicated to ensuring that your child receives the proper training needed for them to reach their full potential in their dance education. They realize that dance lessons should be disciplined, fun and energetic. They are committed to giving your children the best dance education possible

In Melanie’s opinion, what makes their dance studio different from other dance studios is being a member of More Than Just Great Dancing and holding their entire staff and studio to a higher standard of dance education and customer service.

Melanie’s proudest moments occur after taking a dancer from age 2 through 18 and seeing her get into a college dance program.

She believes the biggest mistakes dancers make is jumping from different genres of classes and then wanting to go back to them a few years later to be with their friends who have continued in the same genre.

Her goal for this year is to provide the absolute best customer service possible to their customers.  It is their staff theme for the year. It is also their goal to motivate young minds and develop happy and healthy dancers!

Melanie has always wanted to own a dance studio.  She was presented the opportunity when her mentor decided to sell their business. She was fortunate enough that it was the right fit and the time for her family.

Tonawanda Dance Arts is currently celebrating their 20th year!  They have a staff of 16 and are continually looking for ways to improve the experience for their clients.
